Refund policy
We want you to love your CozyCanvas. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The blanket must be unused and uncolored — once a blanket has been colored on, it is no longer eligible for return
- The item must be in its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Blankets that have been colored on, washed, or used in any way
- Items returned after the 30-day window
How to start a return:
Contact us at contact@cozycanvases.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at contact@cozycanvases.com and we'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the original.
